  • Definition of "Opened": An item is considered opened if the outer plastic wrap, tamper-evident seal, or box has been compromised.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Reporting Period: If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Evidence Required: To expedite your claim, please provide your order number and clear photos or a short video of the defect.

  • Resolution: Once the defect is verified, we will issue a pre-paid return label and offer a free replacement or a full refund.

3. Unopened Change-of-Mind Returns

  • 30-Day Window: You may return any unopened and unused item in its original, sealed packaging within 30 days of purchase.

  • Return Shipping: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Restocking Fee: A small restocking fee may apply to cover inspection and processing.
