Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. 100% Discreet Packaging (Privacy First)

Your privacy is our top priority. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked brown boxes or padded mailers.

  • The Label: The return address will show as "Logistics Center" or "Customer Service Dept."

  • The Content: No product names, brand logos, or descriptions will appear on the outside of the package. Your secret is safe with us.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (USA Only)

We offer flat-rate and tiered shipping to provide the best value:

  • Note: Free shipping threshold applies to the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the same day.

  • Standard processing time is 1–2 business days.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is scanned by the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

4. P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses (APO/FPO)

We ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses via USPS only. Please select Standard Shipping at checkout for these destinations.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time to ensure the fastest and most reliable service for our domestic customers.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for its security. We highly recommend shipping to a secure location or using a P.O. Box. If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly.
